All services are delivered digitally through our client portal. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
Services are available as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Subscription services automatically renew at the specified billing interval (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) using your account credit balance.
Our platform uses a prepaid credit balance system. Credits are non-refundable once used for services. Unused credits may be withdrawn subject to our payout policies and minimum balance requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our referral or credit systems.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are binding for that transaction.
We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, Paddle, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 via NowPayments), and manual payment methods (Payoneer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash). Payment must be received before service delivery begins.
Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically from your account credit balance on the specified renewal date. If your credit balance is insufficient, the subscription will be paused and you will receive a notification. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to insufficient credit balance.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local jurisdiction. Our prices do not include VAT or local taxes unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements for each order. Incomplete or incorrect requirements may result in delays or service adjustments at our discretion.
Orders marked as "Delivered" that are not disputed within 12 hours will be automatically marked as "Completed." Once completed, orders cannot be reopened.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Backlinks.Cafe.
