Due to the nature of digital SEO services, our refund policy is as follows:
✅ Eligible: Full credit refund if the order is still in queue and no work has begun. Contact support within 24 hours of placing the order.
❌ Not Eligible: Once work has started, we cannot issue refunds. We can discuss partial credits for major quality issues.
❌ Not Eligible: If the delivery matches the agreed service requirements, no refund is applicable.
✅ Eligible for Revision: If the delivery clearly does not match what was agreed upon, we will revise or issue store credits. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ Eligible: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, contact us immediately. We will cancel the duplicate and issue a full credit refund.
✅ Eligible: If a payment was charged but no order was created due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund or credit.
Credits added to your account balance are generally non-refundable. Exceptions:
Credits used to purchase services follow the same refund policy as regular orders.
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first at admin@backlinks.cafe. We resolve all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of service delivery. Accounts with chargebacks will be permanently banned.

Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit refunds are instant.
